The city of Ikere-Ekiti is preparing for a life-transforming spiritual encounter as Christ Apostolic Church Deliverance and Prophetic Outreach (CACDPO), in conjunction with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), unveils its highly anticipated revival program titled “Ikere for Christ 2025.”
This five-day prophetic gathering is slated to hold from Monday, September 1st to Friday, September 5th, 2025, at St Luke Anglican Church, Uro, Ikere-Ekiti, with each session kicking off at 4 PM daily. Themed “The Anointing for Divine Favour,” the programme promises to usher in a season of supernatural breakthroughs, healing, and Holy Spirit-led transformation.
In a world where many are seeking the favour of God for elevation, open doors, and spiritual fulfillment, this event is anchored on the powerful declaration of Psalm 90:17: “Let the favour of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands.” This scripture is a prophetic invitation into a realm where divine grace meets human labour, and God’s hand brings fruitfulness and multiplication.
According to the lead pastor and convener, Prophet Dr. Ayodeji Oluwatugbo, the revival is divinely orchestrated to position individuals, families, and the land of Ikere for divine visitation. “God is set to anoint His people afresh for divine favour, and this anointing will break limitations, unlock destinies, and usher in divine establishment,” the prophet declared in a pre-event statement.
A lineup of spiritually gifted ministers has been assembled to minister across the days of the event. Featured guest ministers include Min. Nike Kolawole, whose messages have stirred revival across regions; Minstrel Tolulope Olumodeji, a passionate worshipper known for her prophetic songs of healing and restoration; and Prophet Joshua Bababusola of Ori Oke Idajo Ile, renowned for his sharp prophetic insight and deliverance grace.
Adding a dynamic musical dimension to the programme is the gospel group Ajinijesu Voice, whose heavenly melodies and deep lyrical content are expected to open up the heavens and create an atmosphere for divine encounters.
The programme is more than a gathering, it is a movement of spiritual reawakening. It aims to address both personal and communal needs through prophetic prayers, anointed preaching, fervent worship, and deliverance sessions. Participants will be taught how to activate God’s favour through the help of the Holy Spirit, aligning with Biblical examples of those who walked in covenant favour from Abraham and Joseph to Esther and Mary.
Organizers have emphasized that this revival is open to all, regardless of denomination, background, or spiritual level. “This is not just a CAC programme; it is a kingdom assignment. Ikere must encounter Christ afresh. We believe in one body of Christ,” noted one of the event coordinators.
As preparations intensify, the atmosphere in Ikere-Ekiti is already filled with anticipation. Local churches, prayer groups, and believers across Ekiti and beyond are mobilizing in expectation of a mighty move of God that will not only bless individuals but also bring revival to the land.
Live updates, video broadcasts, and testimonies from the event will be available on social media via Facebook at @CACDPO and YouTube at @CACDPOTV. Believers, seekers, and lovers of God are urged to save the date, spread the word, and come expectant.
