The Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially announced the reopening of its 2025 recruitment portal. The portal, which was temporarily down due to high traffic, is now fully operational as of Monday, July 21, 2025.
In a public notice, the Board advised all applicants who had earlier initiated their applications to return to the portal and complete their submissions without delay. The downtime, according to the CDCFIB, was necessary to upgrade the system and ensure a smoother and more transparent recruitment process.
“We sincerely apologize for the interruption in the application submission process. Due to the high volume of applications, it was necessary to enhance the system to accommodate all applicants and guarantee a seamless, fair, and efficient recruitment exercise,” the statement read.
The CDCFIB emphasized that the recruitment process is completely free, and applicants should avoid any individuals or platforms requesting payment at any stage.
