Federal Polytechnic Ayede Opens Admission for 2026/2027 Academic Session
FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC AYEDE
The Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, has commenced admission into its National Diploma (ND) full-time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. The institution is inviting suitably qualified candidates who participated in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to apply for admission into its various academic programmes.
According to the institution, candidates must have chosen Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their first-choice institution or complete a Change of Institution through the JAMB portal. Applicants are also required to have scored a minimum of 120 in the 2026 UTME and possess at least five relevant O'Level credit passes in not more than two sittings. Candidates must upload their O'Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal through an accredited CBT centre, while those awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided they upload their results immediately they are released before the admission process is concluded.
Available programmes are spread across the Schools of Agricultural Technology, Engineering Technology, Environmental Technology, Management Sciences, and Science and Technology. Courses include Agricultural Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology, Estate Management and Valuation, Urban and Regional Planning, Accountancy, Business Administration and Management, Public Administration, Office Technology and Management, Computer Science, Science Laboratory Technology, Statistics, and Tourism Management Technology.
Prospective applicants are to complete the Change of Institution process where necessary before proceeding to the institution's admission portal to obtain the Post-UTME application form at a cost of ₦2,000, excluding applicable administrative charges. Applicants are advised to provide a valid email address and active phone number during registration to ensure seamless communication throughout the admission process.
The online application exercise commenced on Monday, June 1, 2026, and will close on Friday, August 14, 2026. Interested candidates are encouraged to complete their applications well before the deadline to avoid last-minute challenges.
